Lisa Marie Presley deals with ‘medical emergencies’ during an arrest trial with ex Michael Lockwood

Lisa Marie Presley delayed a Los Angeles court date with ex Michael Lockwood earlier this week, pushing the court to shift their private trial from Monday to Friday.

The daughter of the late Elvis Presley, 52, shares twins Finley and Harper, 11, with the 59-year-old musician, whom she parted ways with four years ago after a ten-year marriage.

According to The sun, the emergency was the reason for the delayed court date.

The court documents in the case stated that “the case should not be heard,” as “the applicant’s counsel states that the applicant cannot appear this date due to a medical emergency,” The Sun reported.

The custody decision regarding Finley and Harper is expected to be revealed within weeks in the process, the outlet reported.

Lockwood stated in court documents that Presley’s attorneys in the case have filed “ hyper-aggressive lawsuits, ” calling for “ hearings spurred by groundless nefarious charges. ”

Lockwood said Presley used techniques learned during her time at the Church of Scientology called Fair Gaming to alienate him from his daughters, and had asked the court to call former Scientologist Leah Remini into the case. The blast reported in July.
