Hilary Duff revealed on Saturday that she had been exposed to the new coronavirus.
The 33-year-old Lizzie McGuire star shared the news without any fanfare in an Instagram Stories post.
The actress wrote that she was quarantined on her second day, although details on her exposure were limited.

Hilary’s single Instagram Stories photo showed her looking bleak in a gray hoodie with her long blonde locks flowing down in gentle waves.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend that anyone who has been in close contact with someone who tests positive for COVID-19 to put themselves in quarantine for 14 days.
It defines close contact as within six feet of an infected person, for a total of 15 minutes per day.
Hilary’s photo did not indicate where or how she was exposed, or whether it happened at work.

On Tuesday, the actresses filmed a scene where Kelsey made Liza think she had a beast in her hair, causing the Bunheads star to dance around in a panic and blow her hair out to get it out.
Hilary looked chic in a long white coat with a greyish green pocket dress with lace collars and knee-high beige boots.
On Wednesday, she arrived on set in her suit, but with added protection from the cold, including a stylish green-blue checkered overcoat and bolder brown boots that reached just above her ankles.
